As a safeguard against malfunction and to maintain discipline, Students carrying smartphones along with them to the examination centres will not be allowed to write SSC board examinations, announced Hyderabad’s additional collector Venkateswarlu.
Earlier on Thursday, additional collectors reviewed the arrangements at exam centres for the SSC exams that will begin on May 31. “Aside from the seizure of smartphones, students will not be allowed to take exams, said Venkateswarlu.”
SSC or Class 10th board exams are scheduled for May 26, 2022, by the Telangana State Board of Secondary Education. According to government officials, all arrangements have been made to ensure a smooth examination in the state. 2,861 centres will host the SSC Public Examination, which will be taken by nearly 5,09,275 students.

P Sabitha Indra Reddy reviewed the preparations and urged district collectors to provide the best care for the SSC examination. The SSC 2022 examination will begin on May 26 and last until June 1, 2022.
During a video conference with district collectors, the education minister asked them to follow COVID-19 protocol when making arrangements.
The collectors were directed to inspect exam centres and ensure that all of the required facilities are available. Due to the peak summer season, the minister asked officials to ensure that there will be no power outages during exams. There should be health professionals at all exam centres, as well as medical kits, ORS packets, etc.
According to her, special buses should be available during the exams so that students will arrive at their testing centres on time. The official asked for all Xerox shops near the exam centres to close during the exams and impose Section 144 near them.
