Tragic Car Accident Claims Lives of Hyderabad Students in Saudi Arabia, Community Mourns

The Hyderabadi expatriate community in Saudi Arabia’s eastern province is in mourning and despair following a tragic car accident that killed two children and badly injured another. The accident involved three pupils from Hyderabad who attended the Indian International School in Dammam.

Hasan Riaz, an 11th grade student, and Ibrahim Azhar, a 9th grade student, died in the accident, while Ibrahim’s brother Ammar, an 8th grade student, suffered severe injuries and is still fighting for his life in the hospital. Hasan and Ibrahim were both Hafez Qurans, which meant they had memorised the entire Quran.

The accident occurred in Dammam when the automobile they were travelling in crashed with a roadside tree. Ibrahim was on his way to Hyderabad, and the rest of his family was planning a trip during the impending Eid holidays. The school has designated a day of mourning for the two kids’ deaths.

Nass Vokkam, a well-known Indian social worker, is assisting with the appropriate legal processes and arrangements for the deceased students’ funeral rites, in collaboration with the traffic police and related authorities.

The Hyderabadi expatriate community in Saudi Arabia has been severely touched by this unfortunate occurrence, and they are united in their sorrow and solidarity for the bereaved families.
