TRS party concerned about CBI action against Kavitha

Due to reports that the BJP-led central government is planning to initiate CBI action against TRS leaders, particularly KCR family relatives, the chief minister is ready to deal with any consequences.

After Kavitha’s name appeared in the liquor scam, there is concern that the CBI may investigate her.

Various sources indicate that the chief minister has entrusted some of his trusted leaders and officials with the task of finding out about the plans of the CBI and the enforcement directorate.

To plan preventive legal action, former bureaucrats associated with investigating agencies are being used.

In light of the Munugode assembly bypoll, the chief minister told his close allies that they must prepare for any vengeful action by the central government. The central government may harm BJP interests if it uses central agencies to target TRS leaders.

As KCR pointed out, TRS has a long history of struggling for Telangana’s independence.

After the BJP accused her of being involved in a liquor scam, TRS leaders rushed to Kavitha’s house to express solidarity with her.

Kavitha filed a defamation case in a Hyderabad court on Monday against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders Parvesh Varma and Manjinder Singh Sirsa for allegedly trying to link her to the multi-crore liquor policy case involving Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia.

According to the TRS leader, she has also requested an injunction against the two BJP leaders to prevent them from making any further baseless allegations against her.

On Sunday, Lok Sabha MP Parvesh Varma and former legislator Sirsa claimed that Kavitha played a significant role in the Delhi excise case, brokered the alleged deal among Manish Sisodia and liquor companies, and participated in meetings on the now-revised Delhi excise policy.

In response to Kavitha’s statement, senior BJP leader P Muralidhar Rao said that instead of attacking the BJP, the chief minister’s family should be prepared to face the CBI and Enforcement Directorate’s investigation. Let the agencies investigate Kavitha’s involvement in the Delhi liquor scam and uncover the truth, he said.
