Hyderabad : The Telangana Government released an amount of Rs. 10 Crores to the families of the 40 martyred soldiers through Chief Minister’s relief fund. The Chief Minister K. Chandra Sekhar Rao had announced an ex-gratia of Rs. 25 lakhs each to the families of 40 soldiers, who had lost their lives in the Phulwama attack on 14th February 2019.
On behalf of CRPF, Southern Sector IGP Shri M.R. Naik conveyed his sincere thanks and gratitude to Chief Minister of Telangana Shri K. Chandra Sekhar Rao and other officials of the Telangana Government for their gesture towards the families of martyred soldiers. (NSS)
