Hyderabad: West Zone Task Force personnel today nabbed two persons for carrying narcotic substance to deliver it to customers at Film Nagar and seized 89 gram Cocaine and three Cell phones from their possession.
The accused were identified as Livio Joseph Almeida alias Piyush, 34, of Fatta Waddo Nerul, Bardez, Goa, U. Shankar, 41, a wall painter, residing at Road No 2, Banjara Hills, and a native of Tanuku.
Modus Operandi of Livio Joseph Almeida alias Piyush was to purchase cocaine from Nigerians and sell it through U Shankar in Goa at higher price. As per the instructions of Piyush, U. Shankar was regularly going to Goa and collecting Cocaine from him and delivering the same to the customers in Hyderabad.
Today Piyush came to Hyderabad and met U. Shankar at Film Nagar and while handing over the drug, the West Zone Task Force team surfaced and nabbed the accused along with Cocaine drug. The accused was handed over to the Banjara Hills police. (NSS)
