Ulema Sharaii Board formed to reconcile disputes in Barkas

Taking serious note of the ever growing incidents of brought day light murders in the city especially the one that happened recently in Chandrayangutta area, the different tribes belongs to Arab Community in Barkas gathered to discuss the issue and convey a strong message to the youngsters against resorting to trampling of lives on trivial matters.

Expressing concern over the incidents of cool blooded killings on trivial financial issues – which could be avoided trough reconciliation between the parties, Ali Bin Abdul Rehman Bahaddeq, The President Barkas Welfare Association, said that “Absence of timely reconciliation between the conflicting parties is taking a bloody turn and resulting into elimination of precious human lives.

He was addressing an All Party Protest Meeting held recently against the ever increasing cool blooded incidents of manslaughter in the city that fostering a climate of fear among the citizens.

“Parents raise their children with profound love and compassion,” he said Ali Bahaddeq adding that “Families immersed into grief and sorrow with such crushing tragedies that comes with a loss of life of their loved one.”

Faisal Bin Saeed Baum, Vice President Barkas Welfare Association, said, “No one bear such a tragic end of their loved one that to on trivial financial issues as no one could compensate the loss of life with any other precious mean of the mundane world.”

“Youngsters should feel the responsibility of respecting the rights and dignity of other people of any age group as Islam forbids any sort of vilification campaign against others. The best of among all is the one who come to reconcile between the conflicting groups,” asserted Talha Saleh Kaseri, the firebrand and most vocal eloquent leader of Basti Barkas, predominantly known as the Bastion of Arab Community.

Representatives of different committees notably Mohammed Bin Ahmed Bakara, President Barkas Bait-ul-Maal and other dignitaries besides local people were presented on the occasion in myriad.

Meanwhile, an ‘Ulema Sharaii Board’ has been formed comprising of nine Ulemas (Islamic Scholar) from different school of thoughts of the Basti Barkas. The board will offer seat for atleast one prominent person from each committee representing the area.

The Ulema Sharaii Board thrust with the task to conduct reconciliation programs to resolves the disputes between the conflicting parties in an amicable manner that help dose down the disputes from fomenting further. The nine members of the board include Abdallah Ba-nayeem, Abdul Aziz Lahji, Hamed Qurashi Khateeb Jama Masjid Barkas, Mufti Umar Mallahi, Mufti Ahmed Bin Mahfooz, Moulana Ahmed Bawazeer, Moulana Omer Wahlaan, Mulana Pasha Basalama and Moulana Ilyas Bin Usman.
