US-based product development company ‘WorkFusion’ opens office in Hitec City

WorkFusion, a product development company based in the United States, has opened a 200-seater office in Hitec City.

At the launch ceremony, IT and Industries Principal Secretary Jayesh Ranjan stated that the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors have grown significantly in Hyderabad.

The segment now accounts for one-third of the Indian BFSI industry. According to him, the Telangana government’s practices, growing infrastructure, regulatory issues discipline, innovation, and digital transformation have attracted many global players to Hyderabad.

Telangana has seen consistent growth in IT, employing 1.5 lakh people between 2021 and 2022, accounting for one-third of all IT jobs in the country, he said. He invited WorkFusion to collaborate on skill development and artificial intelligence initiatives with the BFSI consortium and TASK.

The firm has 100 professionals in artificial Intelligence, cloud computing and other IT technologies. WorkFusion Chief Executive Officer Adam Famularo stated that the company plans to hire 500 people in Hyderabad over the next two years.

According to Alexy Vitashkevich, the company’s Chief Customer Officer, Hyderabad is a promising location for software companies to launch and establish research and development centers. Aswanth Goka, Head HR, was also present.

SpringML opens new office

Machine learning and data analytics services player SpringML has also opened a new office in the Financial District.

“The abundance of talent in Hyderabad is obvious, and I’m excited to see India’s next phase of growth,” said Charles Landry, company CEO.

SpringML has been recruiting talent from major universities, with a goal of hiring over 2,000 people in the next few years. The hybrid work model has been adapted by SpringML.

“The talent and skills of our India team give us a strategic advantage,” said Girish Reddy, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer.

“From our humble beginnings with a group of seven professionals to a leap of 400 employees at our India Development Center (IDC), SpringML’s growth has been phenomenal,” said Amit Deshpande, Sr Vice President and Head of IDC.
