Hyderabad: Senior Congress Leader VH today welcomed the decision of the city court to grant bail to the party leaders who have staged a dharna at the home minister’s house. He said that the atrocities against women were going up in the state and added that the police had arrested the party leaders for protesting against the atrocities.
Congress leader VH said that it was unfortunate that the police had booked cases under 8 sections of the IPC. He asked CM KCR to recognize the importance of the courts and democracy. He asked the CM to take action against the accused of atrocities against women.
