Municipal and IT minister KT Rama Rao today reiterated that Telangana will get its rightful share of the waters from Krishna and other rivers. As per AP Bifurcation norms, we will produce power and make use of our water he asserted.
He was addressing a program after welcoming the leaders from the Malkajgiri and other segments into the TRS fold in the presence of Labour and Employment Minister Ch Malla Reddy and other leaders. KTR hit out at the TPCC Chief A Revanth Reddy for his remarks against the government. He accused Revanth Reddy of indulging in a vicious campaign against the chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for political gain.
The Congress and the BJP allegations are for political mileage and the government is for the welfare of the state. He slammed the opposition parties for continuing to make false charges. The people believe in the welfare and development programs of the TRS regime, he claimed.

He asserted that the government will use its share of water by fighting legally with Andhra Pradesh or even God. We are not ready to lose our waters and produce power for our needs as per stipulated norms. The AP Government is resorting to illegal construction of the projects and moving the Centre he objected.
The minister announced to give potable water and facilities to the outskirts and municipalities in ORR and beyond that will get water. It is our right to get Krishna water by fighting with anyone KT Rama Rao announced.
He said that the irrigation project will be completed despite the hurdles by the opposition parties and criticism. The minister asserted that they will fight with anyone to do justice to the state. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao directed for the completion of the projects.
