Hyderabad: As many as 57,405 persons have undergone Covid-19 tests in the State, during the last 24 hours, said a health bulletin released by the Medical and Health department here this morning.
Of them, 631 persons proved corona positive, bringing the total cases to 2,72,123 in the State so far.
Two persons died due to corona in the past 24 hours, the state’s toll rose to 1,467 constituting a case fatality rate of 0.53 percent as against the countrywide mortality rate of 1.5percent.
A total of 802 persons have recovered from Covid between Wednesday and Thursday pushing the total number of recoveries in the state so far to 2,61,830 translating into a recovery rate of 96.21 percent as against the National recovery rate of 94.2 percent.
The Covid-19 positive cases reported from the districts included Adilabad-21 , Bhadradri- 22, Under GHMC-109, Jagtiyal-14, Jangaon-8, Jayashankar Bhupalpally-9, Jogulamba Gadwal-4, Kamareddy-7, Karimnagar-34,Khammam-24, f Komarambheem Asifabad-5, Mahabubnagar-10, Mahabubabad-19, Mancherial-12, Medak-9, Medchal Malkajgiri-57, Mulugu -14 , Nagarkurnool-14,Nalgonda-29, Nirmal-9, Nizamabad-11, Pedapalli-12, Rajana Siricilla-13, Rangareddy-49, Sangareddy-18, Siddipet-12, Suryapet-18,Vikarabad-9, Wanaparthy-8, Warangal Rural-11, Warangal Urban-21 and Yadadri Bhonigir-19.
