CS Directs Officials to Make All Arrangements for PM’s Visit to Muchintal Tomorrow

Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, today held a coordination meeting with the officials of various Heads of the departments and organizations at BRKR Bhavan in connection with the arrangements to be made for the visit of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Muchintal and ICRISAT on February 5.

The Chief Secretary directed the officials of all concerned departments to work in coordination and make the arrangements perfectly and make Prime Minister’s visit to the State a grand success. He directed the Police Department to make adequate security arrangements, Law and Order, Traffic and bandobust as per Blue Book at the venues. He directed Medic0al & Health Department to deploy specialist medical teams along with equipment at the venues. He also directed the Medical & Health Secretary to ensure covid-19 protocols during the visit of VVIP and pass-holders of VVIP be tested RTPCR prior of the scheduled program and deploy sufficient number of screening teams.

Somesh Kumar directed R&B Department officials to undertake road repair works and provide sufficient lighting arrangements for the Prime Minister’s convoy. He also directed Energy Department officials to ensure uninterrupted power supply at all the places of VIP visit. He directed Collectors of Rangareddy and Sangareddy to co-ordinate the arrangements at Shamshabad Airport and other venues with the organizers of the events.
