HYDERABAD: On the historic day of Corona, the insulation drive began by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Municipal and IT Minister K Tharaka Rama Rao stated that it was the beginning of the end of the Corona pandemic. He exhorted the people to take the vaccine to fight without any fear or doubt.
We are ready to take this jab first and abstained from taking one followed by Modi’s call he said. At Nallakunta area hospital KTR along with others attended the Corona vaccination drive.
The first Corona jab was first administered to sanitation and health workers as per a Modi call. Later talking to presspersons with Mayor Rammohan and officials, the minister has maintained that the Corona vaccine is safe and the best to fight the Corona pandemic.
There is a need for the vaccine to route out the pandemic, he said. As leaders, we have to respect the call by the prime minister in this regard. There is no need for fear or doubt as we all the leaders are to take the same, he said. We are proud that India produced the vaccines for the entire world, the minister added.
He claimed that Hyderabad-based Bharat Biotech has its major contribution to the fight against the Corona pandemic.
Hyderabad Is really becoming a medical hub in the country, the IT and Industries minister said. All the leaders will take this vaccine in a phased manner after health and sanitation workers, he said.
It is the beginning of the end of the Corona pandemic as good days are ahead for people, he noted. We will tide over this crisis and get normalcy soon, the minister averred.
