Finance Minister Harish Rao has been elected the president of the All India Exhibition Society at Nampally in Hyderabad.
The exhibition also called Numaish in the city has got its new President – Harish Rao, with the government taking a decision in this regard.
Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has reportedly instructed the exhibition society to announce Harish Rao to head it further.
Etela Rajender has left the TRS and lost all posts got from the government on being ousted by the KCR government following land grab charges.

The exhibition society has since then been looking for another president who could be a minister from the ruling party.
It may be said here that Etela Rajender joined the BJP fold after losing the minister post and fighting against the TRS on Huzurabad by-poll. Harish Rao extended thanks to society for the decision to elect him as the president.
The Finance Minister promised to serve society to a new high and ensure its programs continue for poor students. The society has been offering services for the past 80 years and I will support it for more development, Harish Rao said.

With KCR support the Exhibition Society will extend its activities worldwide, the finance minister said. We will provide skills and necessary training to the students to better jobs and employment, the Minister said.
