Fox News Cuts Off WH Press Secretary for ‘Illegal Votes’ Speech

Washington: Fox News decided to cut off from a live briefing by White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany as she accused the Democrats of fraud and illegal voting.

Fox News host Neil Cavuto said as the network cut away from Monday’s briefing, “She is charging that the opposite side is welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting. Unless she has more details to back that up, I can’t in good countenance continuing showing you this.”

He added, “Maybe they do have something to back that up, but that’s an explosive charge to make that the opposite side is effectively rigging and cheating.”

At the briefing, McEnany stated that the presidential election is not over and that Republicans had only begun the process of obtaining an accurate, honest vote count, The Hill news site revealed.

She stated, “You don’t take these positions because you want an honest election”. She additionally accused democrats of welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting.

When questioned as to whether she knew that fraudulent ballots were projected, the Press Secretary stated: “What we are requesting right currently is tolerance as we investigate these equivalent security claims among others.”

The development comes as President Donald Trump has refused to concede to his Democratic adversary and incumbent President-elect Joe Biden, who was announced as the winner of the November political election by major news organizations, reports The Hill news.

Biden has been projected as the winner in Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, and furthermore holds leads in Georgia and Arizona.

Few senior Republican lawmakers have kept on refusing to recognize Biden as the political election winner. The Senate majority head, Mitch McConnell, stated on Monday that Trump was completely within his rights to investigate into alleged voting irregularities, and in a Senate, the speech didn’t recognize Biden as president-elect.

Trump’s campaign filed a lawsuit in federal court alleging that Pennsylvania’s mail-in voting system came up short on the oversight and verification applied to in-person voting and looking for an emergency injunction to prevent state officials from certifying Biden’s triumph in the state.

Republicans and the Trump campaign have already brought many lawsuits alleging political election irregularities. Judges have already thrown out cases in Georgia and Michigan.
