Hyderabad: Endowment Minister A Indrakaran Reddy today appealed to people celebrate the Ganesh festival on the low key affairs to avoid coronavirus spread. He also asked officials to protect endowment lands and plan to increase income.
The minister urged the people to avoid gathering, groups as it will violate corona norms. The minister asked people to confine to homes and conduct the Ganesh festival on their premises.
He asked the people to remain indoors during the festival for keeping away from the Corona problem. The pollution control board will distribute soil made Ganesha idols to people. We have to use pro-environment Ganesh idols made of soil and not of chemicals.
The minister said that Sri Rama Navami and Ramzan and other festivals conducted on low key and Ganesh festival has to be same.
The minister directed the officials to build commercial buildings in the endowment lands and increase revenue. He also asked officials to protect endowment lands and plan to increase income.
