Hyderabad: Dealing with a PIL filed by Congress party leader and its MP from Malkajgiri seat A Revanth Reddy in the year 2017 seeking a direction of the High Court to Central agencies to probe into Drugs case instead of SIT probe, the Telangana High Court directed the state government to submit a status report regarding case investigation by December 10 next month.
The counsel for the petitioner told the court that the state government was not providing details to the ED and NCB though the latter are ready to probe the case.
