Hyderabad: Welfare Minister Koppula Eshwar today said that all repairs will be made for SC Hostel in Nimboliadda of Kachiguda area in the city. The Minister assured that the students are need not worry or panic about the hostel and its facilities. It was built a long time ago and needs repairs, the minister said.
The officials took a decision to conduct repairs for the old hostel he said. We have given instructions to conduct repairs to the hostel only after exams for a degree, law, and post-graduation courses, the Minister said.
The students appealed to the minister to ensure timely help and support. A group of the hostel students called on the minister and urged them to provide food and other facilities now and repairs after the exams. They submitted a memorandum on their issues like repairs to the old buildings, the food at the mess hall, and more facilities.
The Minister agreed to address their problems and instructed the officials concerned to address the same.
Eshwar said that quality and standards to be maintained in the repairs of the hostel. We will provide improved facilities for the students who should not worry, he added.
