Hyderabad car driver flees with Rs 7 crore worth of jewellery

As per the latest reports, the Hyderabad police have launched a massive manhunt for a driver who fled with Rs 7 crore in gold and diamond jewellery. Srinivas, who was working as a driver for a woman running a jewellery business, escaped with a car containing gold and diamond ornaments from Madhuranagar, under the SR Nagar police station limits on Friday.

Radhika, who ran the business from her Madhapur apartment, filed a complaint with the police after which a case was registered.

According to the police, salesman Akshay had gone to a customer’s house in Madhuranagar with Srinivas (28) to deliver an order at a house on the direction of Radhika. While Srinivas waited outside in the car, Akshay went into the house to deliver the jewellery worth Rs 50 lakh.
