Jagga Reddy Extends His Support to United Andhra Pradesh Cause

Congress party MLA T. Jagga Reddy, who shot to fame for his United Andhra Pradesh state in the undivided state, has once again raised the same issue and said that he would extend his complete support to the United Andhra Pradesh cause if Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had come forward with it.

He reminded that he had raised his voice in favor of the United States during the separate state agitation movements and added that he had won as an MLA even after being labeled as a traitor of Telangana.

He hastened to state that the United States cause espoused by him was his personal cause and added that it had nothing to do with his party. He said that he and TPCC president A.Revanth reddy have different opinions on the United States issue. He said that he would go by the aspirations of the people of the state and added that he was not against any region.

He made it clear that the cause of the United States was an opinion of the leaders of the state and not a demand of the people. Recalling that the separate state fight was based on three important slogans- water, funds, and Jobs- he said that the aspirations of the people of the state were not fulfilled after the formation of the Telangana state.

He said that one leader after another were now talking  in favour of the  United state.
