Job fair on Saturday at Masab Tank; around 45 companies to participate

Deccan Blasters, a city-based NGO, is organizing a job fair on Saturday at Khaja Mansion Function Hall, Masab Tank.

A total of 45 companies are participating in the program, offering jobs in hotel management, telecommunications, banking, pharmacy, IT & ITES, marketing, and security.

It was requested that candidates bring multiple copies of their resumes.

The job fair will take place between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. The event is supported by ASM Infra Properties, according to Deccan Blasters’ Mannah Jah.

Similarly, Deccan Blasters had also organized a mega job mela on October 11 at GM Garden Langer Houz.

Several companies participated in the job fair and offered positions in pharma, health, IT & ITes firms, education, banks, and other industries. Qualification of candidates had to be higher than SSC, and preliminary interviews were held at the venue.

The entrance fee to the event was free for the mela supported by ASM Infra Properties and Developers and Quebec Overseas.

Over 55,000 candidates participate in job fair at OU

A two-day mega job fair at Osmania University (OU) drew a large crowd, with over 55,000 candidates and 286 companies attending. During the fair, 16,000 jobs were available, and more confirmations were expected as the recruitment process progressed.

On October 15 and 16, the Human Capital Development Centre (HCDC) and Nipuna, an NGO Sewa International, co-organized the job fair. Earlier, OU Vice Chancellor Prof. D Ravinder declared the fair open and stated that the HCDC was one of the university’s major student support initiatives to bring corporate to the varsity.

Several HR professionals praised the State’s talent pool and thanked the organizers. The offer letters were given to a few candidates.

Prof. K Stevenson, HCDC Director, and his team Prof. A Patrick, Prof. V Uma Maheshwar, and P Muralidhar Reddy collaborated to ensure the event ran smoothly.
