Mysterious Mass Monkey Deaths Raise Concerns in Munigadapa, Telangana

On Saturday, nearly 100 monkeys were discovered dead on the borders of the hamlet of Munigadapa in Jagadevpur Mandal in a mystery occurrence.

Farmers from the community who had gone out into their fields in the morning discovered the awful discovery. They came to the lifeless carcasses of the monkeys spread about their farms. The people quickly notified veterinary officials, who arrived on the spot.

Samples from the deceased monkeys were gathered and submitted to a laboratory for investigation in order to solve the mystery of the mass fatalities. The cause of death has not yet been identified.

In the lack of definitive facts, residents have began to speculate about the possible reason. Some preliminary investigations have led some to believe that the monkeys may have drank pesticide-contaminated water, raising worries about the safety of the nearby environment and fauna.
