Finance Minister T Harish Rao today said that the KCR Government will spend Rs 1 lakh cr for Dalit Empowerment.
He laid a foundation stone for Ambedkar Community Building at Cheryala in Siddipet district. This building will be built by spending Rs 1.25 cr as we released Rs 50 lakhs, Harish Rao said.
He further said that Rs 75 lakhs will be released for its completion. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is ready to empower SC communities by implementing the Dalit Bandhu scheme. For this, we have started the program, and the government released funds he said. In two and half years the KCR government will spend Rs 1 lakh cr for Dalit empowerment he said.

No other state is able to implement such schemes, he said. Harish Rao said that Telangana under KCR leadership is committed to Dalits, STs, Minorities, and all other communities.
