Telangana Minister KT Rama Rao Sanctions Rs 100 Crore for Developmental Works in Khammam

Hyderabad: KT Rama Rao (KTR), Telangana’s Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Minister, has approved Rs 100 crore for development projects in Khammam. The monies were provided in response to Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar’s request for cash for the Municipal Corporation.

During a ceremony on Friday, September 8th, KTR presented Ajay Kumar with a Government Order (GO) for the allocation of Rs 100 crore. He congratulated Ajay Kumar on his four-year service as minister.

Telangana Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation (TUFIDC) approved the money. Special Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar issued a Government Order (GO) indicating that the Collector of Khammam District will submit actual proposals to TUFIDC, and payments would be made against the bills produced.

Ajay Kumar thanked KTR for approving the grant of Rs 100 crore for development activities in Khammam. The money will be used to fund a variety of projects aimed at improving the city’s infrastructure and general development.
