Telangana State Waqf Board to assist female entrepreneurs

As per the latest reports, the Telangana State Waqf Board is planning to assist females from minority communities to be successful entrepreneurs.

In collaboration with ‘We Hub,’ the Telangana State Waqf Board intends to train women from minority communities to be successful entrepreneurs.

According to board authorities, conversations about the program are currently underway between the Waqf board and ‘We Hub’ executives. There are plans to provide counselling, mentoring, and training to minority women on how to create business start-ups.

Experts from diverse sectors will provide training and guidance to the candidates. “Many individuals want to create small businesses from home.  So our goal is to reach out to such women and offer them support,” said Shahnawaz Qasim, CEO of the TS Waqf Board.

The board will organise a one- or two-month training programme for such females and will give all necessary assistance. “Several women have post-graduate degrees in diverse professions and want to start several businesses.  We will create training and guidance programs based on their demand,” he said.
