TSRTC leased buses owners attempt to hold protest

Hyderabad: The owners of the leased buses of TSRTC today tried to hold a protest program before Bus Bhavan in the city demanding the management of the corporation for the payment of their pending bills. However, their attempts were foiled by the police. They were stopped from going towards the bus Bhavan.

Speaking on the occasion, the agitators have said that the corporation allowed to operate 25 percent of the rented buses. The alleged owners leased buses that the TSRTC corporation was not paying Buses Rents properly. They said that the families that were dependent on them were facing a lot of problems due to the nonpayment of their rents. They also demanded the corporation to run the rented buses on a full scale.

On the other hand, the police have also foiled the attempts of the rented bus owners to come to the state capital from different districts of the state. The police have taken them into custody in the respective districts and prevented them from reaching Hyderabad.
