YSRTP has decided to stay away from the upcoming by-elections in the Huzurabad Assembly constituency.
The founder president of the party YS Sharmila announced that her party would not contest in the elections.
Taking to her official Twitter account, she said that as to what was the use of the Huzurabad by-elections? She also asked if the by-elections would get jobs for the unemployed youth of the state.

She said that her party would contest in the elections if the state government announced to fill up the posts.
She opined that the Huzurabad by-election was the result of enmity and revenge between some leaders of the State.
