Hyderabad: Union Jal Jivan Mission has appreciated our Mission Bhagiratha program, according to Panchayat Raj Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao.
He held a state level meeting with CMO officials including Smitha Sabharwal at Komatibanda in Gajwel Mandal in Siddipet district. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has kept the promise of giving water, to local women.
When I was TD floor leader I stopped criticizing KCR by knowing his plan in this regard he said. As many as 56 lakhs of families in the rural pockets the minister claimed.
Dayakar Rao said that with the KCR plan in 27500 villages are getting purified water at their homes. The center is following mission Bhagiratha and credit goes to the Chief Minister.
KCR government spent Rs 46000 cr for this program, he said. We will distribute water bottles of the Mission Bhagiratha scheme he said. He inaugurated a bottle of water of the scheme.
The entire nation appreciates this scheme, Dayakar Rao said.
