On 5 Day of Lockdown Hyderabad City Wears Deserted Look

On the 5th day of lockdown, Hyderabad city wears a deserted look as the police imposed the lockdown strictly and booked cases against violations by some people.

Though the city got a deserted look on Sunday, the police reportedly booked cases and seized some vehicles in Hyderabad and some districts.

On the fifth day of n Telangana, several people faced music from the police on the main roads of the city. Telangana Government imposed the lockdown to check the spread of corona in the second wave.

The pandemic sees a rise and fall in cases and deaths as recovery is more with second dose inoculation drive is on. On this day the state received 200 oxygen concentrators and 1.5 lakh Sputnik V doses of injections.

This will polish the drive to give jabs to the people and save their lives.  The state-imposed the lockdown for 10 days beginning on Tuesday with four hours to purchase essential commodities from 6  to 10 am.

The police who monitored the traffic movement has seized the vehicles and slapped a fine of Rs 1000 on each violator. They were seen giving counseling to the people coming outside after 10 am which they are not supposed to. The top police officers monitored the situation and asked the people not to come out to protect from virus spread.

There is a rise and fall in cases in the second wave and staying at homes is safe to get rid of the problem, the officials said.

With this all shops, business establishments were closed after relief for four hours from 6 am to 10 am enabling people to purchase essential commodities.

The lockdown 2.0 exempted some of the emergency services,. like government offices with 33 percent staff, private hospitals with passes, and other offices by following curbs and print and electronic media are allowed to work.

After four hours relax the people rushed to the hospitals from 6 am to 10 am and were seen jostling to get groceries, vegetables, and medicines, and other purchases. During the relaxed four hours, the workers rushed to the bus stations and railway stations to get back homes and several could not get the transportation, according to reports. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for 10 days to contain the virus spread during a cabinet meeting.

The state government issued guidelines footage lockdown by exempting as per norms like — agriculture, allied sectors, fertilizers, medical shops, hospitals, petrol pumps and vaccination, and vehicles for emergency services.

The government also barred the cinema halls, function halls, pubs, and parks.
